The Talent Acquisition Specialist works with the broader recruitment team to support all forms of talent acquisition, sourcing candidates and initiatives to enhance how the business interacts with the job market.

The role and responsibilities are listed below:

Coordination with universities and educational institutes in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries
– Communication with universities and professional institutes in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
– Keep in touch with these universities and institutions.
Formation of talent groups from graduate students and recent graduates.
Work together to create courses for each semester.
Work with internal L&D and management stakeholders to create openings.

Dealing with the Ministry of Human Resources
Helping SNCL become, for example, a Tawteen partner in the UAE.
– Establish a line of communication with the Ministry of Human Resources to be able to recruit potential employees.
Participate in the activities of the Ministry of Human Resources and online programs to be more visible to potential candidates.

Create and update talent pools in one drive.
– Update and document Emirati, Omani, Saudi and other CVs on OneDrive.
Liaise with relevant recruiters for further CVs for talent pools and any direct applications.

Create content on social media + Contribute to job site content
Work with internal and external stakeholders to help create functional website content.
Create initiatives and ideas to create more positive media exposure for SNCL.
Help create more awareness and increase the media footprint of SNCL in the GCC.

The qualifications and experience required for the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist are as follows:
He was educated at a university level
3+ years working as part of recruitment or talent acquisition in the GCC
– Native Arabic language skills (speaking, reading and writing)
Understanding of Workday and MS Office suite applications
– Able to write interviews and convert them into English from Arabic
Self-motivated and able to build working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
