Main role and responsibilities

Ensure that correct grooming standards are followed at all times
– Maintaining food and beverage reservation procedures
– Recognize and appreciate all our regular and VIP guests and their preferences
– Drive Accor membership and credit points for guests who use the dedicated system on a daily basis
Ensure a high level of knowledge of daily bookings by highlighting VIPs, repeat guests and high paying guests at all times
Must have solid knowledge of F&B product for each region
– Offer a warm and friendly welcome, making the guest have a high level of confidence
– Maintain the cleanliness of the host station and its surroundings as well as all menus
Effective control of guest flow in place to ensure maximum turnover

– Go beyond guest satisfaction by knowing preferences and updating profiles
Maintain detailed knowledge of restaurant menu and daily specials at all times
– Follow up on Restaurant Financial, LQA, TrustYou and Forbes goals on a daily basis
Anticipate and serve guest requirements at all times
Follow up on the daily financial goals of the district / department
– Use the opening and closing checklist to ensure smooth opening and closing of the space
Presenting lists in a proactive manner
Feeling of power and accountability in the workplace
– Keep the duty manager updated on any feedback from guests so they can update the bug report
Maintains HACCP & FIFO standards as required by the regional governing body
Follow the hotel’s emergency evacuation policy
Attend all necessary briefings and training courses as instructed by the Director
– Dealing with financial procedures according to the guidelines set by the financial department
– Identify potential problems, anticipate guest needs, and seek assistance before service disruptions occur
– Performing any special duties and projects as requested by management, whether in your own department or any other department of the hotel
– All issues and negative feedback from guest must be properly reported in the bug system
Follow the care program at all times, and report problems through the system for maintenance
