Manama, October 12 (BNA) Bahrain lost today 1-0 against New Zealand in a friendly match held at the Riffa National Stadium.
New Zealand football team scored the only goal through Nico Kirwan in the 89th minute of the match.
Bahrain beat Curaçao 4-0 in the first friendly match, while New Zealand beat Curaçao 2-1.
Led by Portuguese coach Helio Sousa, the national team is leading Preparations to participate in the Arab Cup, which will be held in December.
Bahrain is in Group A along with Iraq, Qatar and Oman.
