Manama, March 6 (BNA) The Speaker of the Shura Council, Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh, congratulated Al-Khalidiya Club on winning the King’s Football Cup for the first time in its history. He described the win as a reflection of the support provided by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to the sports sector.
The Shura Council Speaker also praised the support provided to Bahrain Sports, and football in particular, by His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, and National Security Adviser, President of the Supreme Council. Youth and Sports (SCYS). He also praised the support of His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth, President of the Public Sports Authority and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee.
