Manama, March 6 (BNA) The Minister of Labor and Social Development, Jamil bin Muhammad Ali Humaidan, received a delegation from the Dar Kulaib Social Charity Association, headed by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Abdulhadi Ibrahim Sultan. Humaidan praised the ministry’s efforts in implementing social welfare programs that benefit different segments in a way that guarantees them decent living conditions.
The meeting also focused on efforts to develop volunteer work and enhance the role of NGOs in supporting development initiatives and humanitarian projects
Humaidan reiterated his support for the efforts made by charitable societies, stressing keenness to facilitate their work within the provisions of the law. He also praised the role of NGOs in serving citizens and meeting their needs.
