Speaker to patronise first Applied Diploma for Arab Women Parliamentarians

Manama, September 19 (BNA) Under the patronage of Bahraini Parliament Speaker Fawzia bint Abdullah Zainal, the Center for Arab Parliamentary Diplomacy in the Arab Parliament will launch tomorrow, the first practical diploma for women parliamentarians in the Arab world. World, under the title “Modern Skills for Parliamentary Work for Women”.

The opening ceremony of the diploma will include a remote speech delivered by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, in addition to a welcoming speech by the Speaker of the Arab Parliament, Adel bin Abdul Rahman Al-Asumi.

The Speaker of the House will sponsor the opening and closing ceremonies of the testimony, which runs through December.

This certificate, which is the first of its kind for Arab female legislators, comes within the Arab Parliament’s efforts to enhance cooperation with parliaments of Arab countries to develop parliamentary work, and to reaffirm the role of parliamentary diplomacy in achieving women’s interests. The Arab peoples promote joint Arab action and its mechanisms in a way that contributes to meeting the aspirations of the Arab peoples in light of the challenges facing the Arab nation at the present time.
