Manama, Dec. 1 (BNA): Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Prime Minister, Minister of Oil and Environment inaugurated the Special Envoy for Climate Affairs, Dr. Muhammad bin Mubarak bin Dinah. The Women’s Leadership Excellence Awards and Symposium (LEWAS 2022) was held under the theme “The Future of Energy: Unlimited Possibilities”.
More than 400 women leaders from various fields from the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council and the Middle East participated in the event.
The minister said that the care enjoyed by women in Bahrain is from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the government headed by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince. And the Prime Minister to empower Bahraini women in all fields.
He conveyed the greetings of His Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister to the Gulf and international delegations participating in the event, which has been held annually by the organizer of LEWAS events since 2013.
