Manama, Dec. 1 (BNA): His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa sent a cable of congratulations to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince.
