‘Prince Salman bin Hamad Medal for Medical Merit’ granted to late frontline hero’s children

Manama, February 19 (BNA) Health Minister Faeq bint Saeed Al-Saleh expressed the pride of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister. In the sincere national efforts made by all health competencies on the front lines to combat the emerging corona virus and the great sacrifices they make to maintain the health security of the Kingdom.

This came during the minister’s speech while receiving Muhammad and Fatima, son and daughter of the late Jaafar Muhammad Ali Al-Dimistani, who was working in the Covid-19 isolation center at the Elderly Care Hospital in Muharraq, and Prince Salman bin Hamad deserved Medal of Medical Merit “in recognition of the tireless efforts he made for the sake of the homeland.

The minister said that the medal is a token of thanks to the deceased for his dedication and noble contributions throughout his period of work in the Ministry of Health, extending his sincere condolences to his family and relatives.

The sons of the deceased commended the generous gesture of His Majesty the King and His Royal Highness, the Crown Prince, the Prime Minister to grant them the prestigious medal of their late father in appreciation of his dedication to the Ministry of Health for nearly 25 years, stressing that they will follow that. In the footsteps of their father in the service of the country.
