Manama, Apr. 30 (BNA): The Commander of the National Guard congratulated His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa, National Security Adviser and Secretary General of the Supreme Defense Council, and the Commander of the Royal Guard, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, on their promotion to the second degree.
