about the role
This is a full time opportunity to work with the Middle East Risk and Quality team. It is an opportunity for a talented, self-motivated individual to develop his or her skills in PwC Middle East and the global PwC network.

Analysts present our engagements by conducting customer reviews, ensuring that they meet expected quality and productivity standards. Analysts play an important role in providing AML reviews on time and to the quality standards expected from our clients.

Basic tasks
Proactively manage your work allocation and achieve daily and monthly productivity and quality goals by seeking clear guidance, instructions or training to aid in your role.
Accurate and timely update metrics trackers including client and related work flow systems.
Building proactive relationships with all team members within PwC including engagement with client teams as well as our clients’ clients.
Carry out pre-engagement compliance tasks associated with the customer and the project on board.
Effective and professional communication orally and in writing with a range of key stakeholders.
Work collaboratively to drive ideas/solutions with peers, team leaders and managers that will improve the efficiency of the client and PwC process.
Ability to implement new or changing processes and quickly adapt to them.

requirements
The candidate will be achievement oriented with the ability to be flexible and adaptable on a daily basis.
They will be able to work independently and as part of a team with high energy and a fast pace that translates into high quality output.
Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related fields (eg risk management, finance, business administration)
High degree of attention to detail and experience in following stringent processes and requirements.
Resilience, self-motivation, and a positive attitude can do
Demonstrate the ability to build relationships, working across multinational teams and with a variety of people at different levels – from senior partners to employees
Strong interest in and passion for PwC and aspiration to develop itself and its PwC network
Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload with flexibility and ability to handle well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
Fluent in English, but a multilingual Arabic speaker is preferred
Demonstrates analytical skills
– Driven by the ability to work independently and as part of a team
