Nurse – Talent and Culture (Qatar World Sports Event 2022 – Accommodation Services)

What will you do:

Attending employee illness cases to ensure that health issues are identified and appropriate health care provided.
– Ensure that there are sufficient first aid boxes in the properties and places of residence and that they are properties that are maintained and refilled by the Security Department. Taking care of medical emergencies to ensure the well-being of all colleagues associated with the property.
Monitor medical supply stock levels to ensure sufficient quantities of medication are readily available in the hotel clinic.
Monitor the progress of hospital staff
To keep a record of work injuries in which any accident in the workplace or occupational disease suffered or contracted is entered.
To prepare all paperwork and maintain records for resident doctors (eg blood tests, vaccinations, etc.) in collaboration with the government department.
Ensure proper ordering and control of all pharmaceutical supplies.
Coordinating with the Learning and Development Department in implementing all programs related to first aid and hygiene.
Inform the department head and staff of staff health problems (infectious disease outbreaks) to reduce or eliminate potential disease risks.

Your experience and skills include:

Applicants must have at least two years of nursing experience in a large-scale property
Applicants must already be licensed by the Ministry of Public Health in Qatar
– Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Fluent in English (spoken and written), any additional language is an added advantage
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Confident in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
– Strong interpersonal and problem-solving ability.
Strong employee relations and organizational skills
