Manama, October 12 (BNA) His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa received today at Riffa Palace the British Military Attache to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Lt. Col. Alistair Kern.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum highlighted the strength of bilateral relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, especially in the military and defense sectors.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum stressed the importance of strengthening bilateral relations and cooperation to achieve the two countries’ common aspirations.
The latest regional and international issues of common interest and ways to strengthen military relations between Bahrain and the United Kingdom were discussed.
The meeting was also attended by Major Mark O’Sullivan, Commander of the Royal Marines.
