What will you do:
– Prepare for daily arrivals in terms of allocating rooms, amenities and special requests for guests.
Recall the Assistant Front Office Manager at process meetings and daily morning briefings.
Overlook all front office operations. Ensure smooth, transparent and effective communication with front office supervisors and head concierge.
Arrange and lead the monthly front office meeting with AFOM.
– Registration and processing of arrival procedures for all arrivals.
Your experience and skills include:
Service-focused character is essential.
Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
