what are you going to do
Core responsibilities and functions include but are not limited to the following:
Reporting to the Talent and Culture Supervisor/Coordinator regarding residency requirements for newly arrived fellows.
Make sure to show all new assistants where the assistants are staying and that a starter package has been prepared for them prior to their arrival.
– Ensure general maintenance and cleanliness in public places and corridors of residence of the associates.
– Ensuring compliance with the residency rules by all associates.
Maintain files on all apartments to include complete apartment inventory, maintenance records and loss/damage reports.
Be sure to check complete housing inventories before any colleagues leave.
Assist in putting up/clearing bulletin boards when required.
– Assisting in receiving the incoming employee and sending the departing employee at the airport.

3 to 5 years of professional experience
– Primary Languages English
– Good interpersonal skills, guest and employee orientation and service minded
