Manama, April 28 (BNA) The Special Envoy for Climate Affairs received the Executive Chairman of the Supreme Council for the Environment, Dr. Muhammad bin Mubarak bin Dina, in his office, the Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Program. Firas Gharaibeh.
He praised the distinguished efforts of the United Nations Development Program at the regional, Arab and international levels, stressing the authority’s keenness to strengthen bilateral relations and cooperation.
He thanked the resident representative of the United Nations Development Program, Dr. Bin Dina, for the generous welcome, praising the great efforts made by the authority in addressing environmental issues at the local, regional and international levels. He also praised the good reputation of the Kingdom of Bahrain in protecting the environment and dealing with climate change.
