Bahraini-Kuwaiti cooperation discussed

Kuwait, March 10 (BNA) Parliament Speaker Fawzia bint Abdullah Zainal discussed with Kuwaiti National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Ali Al-Ghanim ways to enhance Bahraini-Kuwaiti cooperation. She praised the historical and strategic relations between the two brotherly countries and their steady growth at all levels thanks to the patronage and support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.

Al-Ghanim described the bilateral relations as a distinctive model of solidarity and a common destiny. He praised the growing relations between the two brotherly countries, praising the comprehensive development process in the Kingdom of Bahrain under the leadership of His Majesty the King. He also congratulated the Speaker of the House of Representatives on her presidency of the Arab Parliamentary Union, wishing her and the Kingdom of Bahrain more success.

This came during a joint parliamentary discussion session held today at the headquarters of the Kuwaiti National Assembly, in the presence of the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to Kuwait Salah Ali Al-Maliki.
