Manama, March 10 (BNA): The King’s advisor for media affairs, Nabil bin Yaqoub Al Hamar, extended his sincere congratulations to Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, consort of His Majesty the King and Head of the Islamic State. The Supreme Council for Women, after being chosen to be at the forefront of the list published by the Contemporary and Historic Women Leaders Initiative announced by the European Union delegation to the United Nations and the Permanent Mission of Gabon, on the occasion of UNESCO’s launch of the International Women’s Day in Pluralism.
Al Hamar stressed that the global achievement comes in honor of the remarkable pioneering role played by Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka in all development and social fields and for her efforts in enhancing the role of Bahraini women and their contributions to the national work.
