During your tenure as an IT Audit Manager, you will demonstrate capabilities in the following areas:
• Identifying and evaluating business and technology risks, internal controls that mitigate risks, and relevant opportunities to improve internal control
• Actively participate in decision-making with the Participation Department and strive to understand the broader impact of current decisions
• Generate innovative ideas and challenge the status quo
• Facilitate the use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and/or implement products and services
• Play a key role/leadership and engagement planning, economics and billing
• Help retain professionals
• Participate in training efforts
• Identify opportunities to sell other services
• Demonstrate a general knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and Deloitte & Touche’s products and service lines
• Build and nurture positive working relationships with clients with the intent to exceed clients’ expectations
• Understand the customer’s work environment and basic risk management techniques

qualifications:
• BA/BA in Business Administration, Accounting, MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, minor in Accounting, or any accounting experience would be an added advantage.
• CISA certification required, CPA & CIA certification is a plus
• More than 5 years of IT audit experience which includes experience testing general IT controls, information security, change management, data center and network operations.
• Understand key database techniques to be able to conduct and manage tests on the integrity, accuracy and completeness of system reports, and a high level understanding of financial audits.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle or PeopleSoft controls desirable
• Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley and/or COSO is a plus
• Advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards
• Experience in issues related to accounting control
• Strong technical and/or managerial background in technical systems/environments
• Demonstrated ability to plan and manage engagements along with ensuring deliverables meet work plan specifications and deadlines. Previous experience in project management.
• Successful experience in defining controls, developing and implementing test plans
• Demonstrated ability to write parts of a report and participate in presentations
• Big 4 or other consulting firm experience preferred.
• Open for travel within the Middle East
