The purpose of the role is to work as a chef that fulfills all the requirements of Arabic cuisine for a VIP family in Abu Dhabi. You will manage assistants who can help you with tasks assigned to the management of cooking. Chef’s responsibilities include studying recipes, preparing menus and preparing high quality dishes. You must be able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure that meals are prepared in a timely manner. Also, you should be familiar with sanitation regulations.
salary:
From 5000 to 8000 dirhams per month, including fixed allowances.

• Preferably from Arab countries to understand the requirements
• Previous experience in hotels, restaurants or similar private VIP homes is preferred
