11th Constituent Judicial Session for Military Prosecution officers launched

Manama, Jan. 26 (BNA): The Bahrain Defense Force inaugurated the 11th founding session for military prosecution officers.

The meeting was attended by the Assistant Chief of the General Staff for Human Resources, Major General Sheikh Ali bin Rashid Al Khalifa.

Sheikh Ali praised the patronage of the Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defense Force, Field Marshal Sheikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, and his directives to facilitate appropriate resources for the participants.

He thanked the military judiciary in the Bahrain Defense Force for organizing the courses over the past years, wishing the participating officers from the armed forces of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries and officers of the Bahrain Defense Force and the military and security agencies in the Kingdom success in this course.

At the opening ceremony, a documentary film on the Bahrain Defense Force and the military judiciary and their specializations was shown.

The course program included practical and theoretical training on the procedures of the judicial police and the work of the Military Prosecution.

It also included lectures on international humanitarian law and human rights, in addition to field visits to the judicial and legal authorities in Bahrain.
