Bahrain All Share Index ends trading higher

Manama, January 26 (BNA): Bahrain’s general index closed at 1,927.63 points, an increase of 0.50 points from the previous close.

This increase is attributed to the increase in the consumer goods sector, the industrial sector, and the materials sector.

The Bahrain Islamic Index closed at 658.05 points, down by 0.53 points from the previous close.

The results indicated that 93 transactions were made on property rights with a volume of 2,773,576, with a value of 1,542,124 Bahraini Dinars.

Investors trade mainly in the materials sector and account for 70.67% of the total value of securities traded.
