Manama, Feb. 7 (BNA): Works Minister Ibrahim bin Hassan Al-Hawaj visited the work site of the two expansion projects of Al-Jasra Intersection and Al-Janabiya Street in the Northern Governorate.
These projects are among the important projects included in the government’s program aimed at reducing traffic congestion.
The minister was briefed on the latest developments in the projects and the completion rate, which reached 60%.
Al-Hawaj explained that the projects will double the capacity of traffic, reduce congestion and facilitate traffic at the Janabiyah intersection for vehicles coming from the north towards Manama, as well as vehicles coming from Sheikh Isa bin Salman Street towards Isa Town.
