White House condemns violence in Sudan

Washington, April 19 (BNA): The White House today, Wednesday, condemned the violence in Sudan that has led to a high death toll and said that all American personnel there have been accounted for.

Reuters reported that the White House Press Secretary, Karen Jean-Pierre, told reporters that the estimated death toll was about 270, since days of fighting between the rival factions.
