what are you going to do
What you will need to succeed
Warehouse operations such as shipment receipt, inspection, order preparation, and dispatch must be performed by the FC Associate. In their pursuit of excellence, the core values that all of our employees must possess are commitment, integrity, empathy and flexibility.
basic tasks
– Goods receiving function such as unloading, checking and storing all incoming shipments.
– Order preparation such as picking and packing for customer order as per requirements.
Ensure vehicles are properly checked, dispatched and loaded as per dispatch documentation.
– Carry out activities such as scanning, cello winding, heat shrinking, labeling or other value-added services as required.
– Ensure accurate stock replenishment
Assist with inventory counts, verifications or other projects as instructed.
– Ensure accurate and correct handling of inventory
Strictly follow standard processes and procedures and work instructions.
Ensure that machinery, equipment, consumables, and other resources are used carefully, efficiently, and well maintained.
– Store items in an organized and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms or other areas
Report any defects or damage in stock to supervisors
Ensure that the warehouse is clean and tidy.
Maintain a high level of customer service and customer focus at all times.
