We are currently working with a leading engineering and engineering consultancy firm as they require a Contracts Manager to join their team in Dubai. You will provide commercial, contractual and procurement support to managers across the business on a range of large-scale real estate projects in the UAE.
The successful candidate must be well versed in various forms of contracts, claims review, claims assessment, claims determination, and dispute assessment and management. Must have extensive experience in FIDIC Contract Forms and
Agreements and their implementation in various design/construction projects.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
– Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering or similar
15 years of experience in the field of architectural design, construction and supervision
Excellent understanding of contract legal principles, business processes and project management
Claims advisory experience will be helpful
