We are looking for a dynamic and structured freelance writer to join as a Vendor Support Supervisor to grow our retail business in Egypt. This position is chartered by leading a team of vendor support specialists responsible for developing and managing Amazon EG vendors to grow and support their ongoing business. The role will also be ultimately responsible for defining and building relationships with existing accounts, along with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support the ultimate success of suppliers.

• Drives efficiencies through daily monitoring of the team and process follow-up
• Conducts supplier interaction audits with specialists and provides technical and process training to improve performance
• Monitor real-time service levels and schedule adherence
• Act as a point of contact to resolve escalating communication of a supervisory nature or complex problems
• Manage and advance staffing plans, cost analysis, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives and projects.
• Responsible for team productivity and quality – Provide one-to-one coaching feedback sessions, and have weekly one-to-one meetings with team members to improve performance and quality
• Active participation in team building and raising the level in the recruitment process
• Work closely with stakeholders for each business to ensure their expectations are met & exceeded. Think through the thought process while ensuring that standard operating procedures and reporting mechanisms are in place with efficient implementation

Basic qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree is required. Ideal candidates should have 2-4 years of successful experience in enterprise category sales, preferably in e-commerce, finance and retail technology.
• Candidates must have superior communication and presentation skills, solid working knowledge of Excel, ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be extremely passionate about success and winning.
• Polished communication skills – speaking, writing, presentation and negotiation Ability to think and lead in a high-energy and fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with “hands-on” management of tasks, and a proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of excel
• Experience in people management

qualifications preferred
• 2-4 experience in retail, preferably in e-commerce
