Manama, Nov. 29 (BNA): The President of the University of Bahrain, Dr. Jawaher bint Shaheen Al-Mudhahka, stressed the efforts of the National University in providing research and scientific centers keeping pace with modern technological development, in addition to encouraging the university. Faculty members and students to engage in scientific research.
This came during Al Mudhahka’s reception of the Secretary General of the Association of Arab Universities, Amr Ezzat Salama, where they reviewed ways of academic and research cooperation between the two sides.
During the meeting, they reviewed the role of the higher education sector, its promotion of innovative research initiatives, ways of keeping pace with modern education methods, and spreading the culture of scientific research and applied research.
Salama wished the university more success in advancing higher education.
