Manama, May 16 (BNA): The President of the University of Bahrain, Dr. Jawaher Al-Mudhahka, stressed the importance of an innovative educational and research environment in building the capacities of young people and providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills. To meet diverse challenges, join the labor market and actively contribute to the overall economic growth.
This came during a meeting today with the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Applied Science University, Dr. Heeb Ahmed Al Khaja, and the President of the University, Dr. Ammar Kaka.
They discussed ways to enhance academic cooperation between the two universities.
Dr. Al-Khaja referred to the role of academic and research developments in enhancing creativity and innovation among Bahraini youth and enhancing their effective contribution to the economy in line with Bahrain’s Economic Vision 2030.
