Manama, May 16 (BNA): The CEO of government hospitals, Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Al-Ansari, received here today the CEO of the National Health Regulatory Authority, Dr. Maryam Athbi Al-Jalahma, President of the Renewal Association. Arabian Gulf University (AGU) Medical Center Dr. Safouq Al-Shammari and a delegation of experts in the field of hematology and treatment of leukemia from Boston Medical Center in the United States who are visiting the Kingdom. .
Dr. Al-Ansari stressed the keenness of government hospitals to develop the medical system to provide the best advanced health services for patients with various blood diseases.
The two sides discussed ways to enhance the cooperation of government hospitals with the Center for Regenerative Medicine of the Arabian Gulf University and Boston Medical Center.
The discussions focused on important issues related to the level of health services and modern treatment for patients with blood disorders, as well as ways to improve them in cooperation with experts, and benefit from the results of studies, modern experiences and best practices.
Dr. Al-Ansari affirmed the readiness of government hospitals to fully cooperate with all relevant authorities in order to improve the level of services provided to citizens and residents.
The members of the delegation expressed their happiness at visiting the Kingdom to see the medical services provided to patients with blood diseases and their visits to government hospitals.
