Manama, November 10 (BNA) Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs Dr. Sheikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa received the delegation of the Friends of Bahrain Group in the European Parliament.
Dr. Sheikh Abdullah praised the group’s efforts in consolidating friendship and cooperation relations between Bahrain and the European Parliament.
He stressed that Bahrain is a pioneering model in deepening democratic practice, guaranteeing freedoms, spreading a culture of peaceful coexistence, and reviewing the responsible and effective positions taken by the Kingdom to promote peace and stability at the regional and international levels.
The delegation expressed its aspiration to enhance coordination and cooperation with the Kingdom of Bahrain, praising the qualitative and civilized achievements achieved by the Kingdom in various fields.
