Tamkeen awarded for Innovation in Employee Engagement by GCC GOV HR Awards

Abu Dhabi, October 30 / BNA / The Labor Fund (Tamkeen) was awarded the “Innovation in Employee Engagement in the Public Sector” award by the Gulf Awards for Government Human Resources during the Government Human Resources Summit 2022 held in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This award is a testament to Tamkeen’s talent management department’s efforts in ensuring the highest levels of employee experience across the organization, which in turn reflects positively on the organization’s productivity and customer experience.

The Gulf Awards for Government Human Resources in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries are the most prestigious awards in the region in the field of human resources and aims to highlight and celebrate the achievements of public sector institutions and individuals who have demonstrated exemplary leadership towards driving organizational team effectiveness through human capital management, diversity and strategic planning. The award is given to organizations and individuals across 20 specialized categories to honor organizations and individuals in the region who have demonstrated excellence in human resources.

Initiatives included inculcating unified enterprise-wide values ​​designed by employees for employees, introducing AI-powered employee engagement, encouraging consistent and transparent communication with management, as well as initiatives that promote a healthy and motivating work environment. Moreover, Tamkeen seeks to develop Bahraini talents by giving them unique training opportunities through specialized training programs, workshops, on-the-job training and mentorship that enhances the level of work across the organization.
