Job title:
Working in our talent nurturing center, the Talent Sponsorship Consultant and Recruitment Officer (TCA/RA) acts as the candidate’s concierge throughout the hiring process and partners closely with hiring managers, recruiting team members and external suppliers to ensure that all candidates are hired. Processed accurately and quickly. TCA/RA ensures that candidates are informed and comfortable throughout the hiring process to achieve a positive candidate experience, right up to their first day on the job. TCA/RA manages many administrative tasks involved in the recruitment process such as interview scheduling, logistics, travel arrangements, job posting, creation of offer contracts, pre-employment checks, internal operations, systems administration and reporting. TCA/RA may extend offers to certain roles and administer any decision required for pre-employment variance screening. TCA/RA is responsible for ensuring that appropriate stakeholders are updated on candidate status, offer/pre-employment screening results and the entry process.

Responsibilities:

Act as a point of contact for the candidate for updates, comments and inquiries during the recruitment process.
Organizes logistical, scheduling and travel arrangements as needed for interviews with candidates and interview team.
– Supports creation of request/approval process as required.
– Posts job advertisements on source channels.
– Extension of offers for candidates for certain roles.
Generates and sends offer letters/packages to candidates, ensuring all required internal approvals are in place.
Initiate required pre-employment checks, including contact with any third party vendors.
Resolve any pre-employment screening discrepancies with the candidate and any third party suppliers.
– Initiating and/or conducting activities on board.
Ensures that all parties are updated on acceptance of the candidate’s offer and progress through each stage of the background check and entry process.
Communicate the candidate’s decision to all recruitment support groups
Contributes, through excellent delivery, to high levels of customer satisfaction with service to enhance positive NPS scores, references and case studies from the account
– Keep systems up to date and send status notifications as required.

Technical and professional experience preferred
