Your role and responsibilities
User experience designers create human-centered experiences by designing the structural and informational foundation of products, services, and systems. They facilitate the communication of all the elements, interactions, and decisions that add value to the overall user experience. Their core skills include: interpreting research insights and building an understanding of users and context; Defining user experience goals and design principle; application of knowledge of psychological and physical features of a person (for example, Heck’s law, Fett’s law); design job structure and experiment information; Design interaction patterns between functions/information and users/customers; design navigation paths through experience; Demonstrate an understanding of the content, functions and relationships within the system; Support and plan for diversification of user contexts (eg culture, environment, activity); converge and translate technological, operational, and functional constraints into human-centered opportunities; Facilitate and design relational aspects across each part of the experience.

Technical and professional experience required
Experience in developing both data sources and Tableau workbooks.
Experience working with specific Tableau concepts: data source filters, context filters, detail filters, parameters, data blending and data relationships, table calculations, LOBs, Tableau specific functions and KPIs.
Experience with other business intelligence tools is an added advantage.
Good knowledge of reporting specific data structures: data sets and multidimensional modeling.
