what are you going to do
Our Project Coordinator is responsible for the timely implementation of a defined project within budget and quality, while meeting client expectations.
Employment:
-Assist the project manager with all project procurement requirements
– Hold project delivery meeting and post-mortem reports
– Coordinating in collaboration with the project manager on budget, project scope and project schedule
Coordinate in collaboration with the design team on construction, lighting, mechanical, building code, firefighting services, etc.
Coordinate with different operating and commercial teams regarding store opening requirements (eg visual merchandising, etc.)
Ensure continuous coordination with owners
Ensure that all project financial statements are coordinated with the project manager
Escalate complex issues to the concerned person to ensure efficient and timely closure of the case/case
Follow all relevant project management policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a consistent and controlled manner
– Carry out activities under simple supervision
– On-site construction management to control derivation through design proposal and issuance of on-site progress reports
organizational:
Participate in relevant community projects and activities when needed
– Review builders’ shop drawings and control deviation from approved drawings package
Support the contracts team throughout the bidding process until project award
What you will need to succeed
– University degree in Interior Design or Architecture / LEED GA
– PMP certification is a plus.
– Experience of not less than 3 years.
