Our latest opportunity is for a talented Structural BIM Technician to join our award winning team based in Kuwait.
responsibilities
We envision success in this role to include:
Work independently and develop structural drawings and 3D structural REVIT models at all stages of design based on basic drawing inputs/marks from a Structural Engineer.
Coordination within the design team on a daily basis.
– Ensure the correctness and accuracy of your work.
Understand and implement document control procedures for drawings.
– Plan workload efficiently and meet deadline.
qualifications
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include at least 3 years as a BIM Structural Technician.
Working knowledge of Revit Structures, AutoCad, Navisworks and Microsoft Office products.
Practical knowledge of reinforced concrete detailing standards, structural steel, masonry, and wood structures is a must.
Experience in detailing structures within a consulting or contractor environment, with an understanding of different types of building structures.
Should be able to understand/interpret structural engineering drawings and calculations.
Must fully understand and interpret architectural, engineering, electrical and plumbing drawings.
