Job description and summary
The Strategy and Transformation Support Analyst is a new and key role within the Office of Tax and Legal Service Line (LoS) Strategy. The role holder will work closely and support with the Director of Strategy and Transformation and the team.
No two days will be the same in this role! This is an opportunity for someone to learn and personally develop/advance a career in Strategy Development, Transformation Change Delivery, PMO and Business Analysis, while playing a pivotal role in specific initiatives, helping to maintain and position the overall position of all initiatives, and take on the responsibilities of the Small Transformation Project.
This role suits someone who excels at engaging and communicating with stakeholders, can work from limited briefing, be creative, digitally minded and not afraid to challenge the norm.
basic tasks
Work closely with the Director of Strategy and Transformation and support them in creating new and updated strategies, leading large strategic projects and overseeing the full strategy office.
– Take the lead on PMO outputs – Single view of all initiatives and status reports
– Support the preparation of presentations for TLT and ME Steering Co and Global
Ensure that all projects are fully scoped, have a strong business case and key stakeholders are identified.
Support change manager change to ensure identification, planning and delivery of all business, communications and people readiness changes.
Leading small initiatives from idea to delivery and post-implementation review.
Initially, under the direction of the Business Analyst, do business analysis for specific initiatives.
Engage with stakeholders across the business.
Work in close collaboration with digital assets/citizen-led innovation teams Secure resources to deliver digital and technology solutions.
Experience and personality traits
Three to five years in a professional environment.
Any experience or exposure to change or transformation would be an advantage.
Analytical and digital thinking.
He must be a team player with a positive attitude.
An adaptable individual who can comfortably handle a variety of tasks.
Interpersonal skills and strong stakeholder engagement skills are mandatory.
