what are you going to do

Our Esthetician is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all clients, advising and guiding them through cosmetic procedures with the right products. The esthetician uses proper selling techniques and product knowledge to achieve sales goals, as well as replenish inventory, handle new launches, product promotion, and visual merchandising.

Basic tasks:

– business leadership
Represent the brand by communicating its values ​​and philosophy through all activities and interactions with customers and other team members
– Promote the group loyalty program (MUSE), increase the registration rate and acquire new customers
Pay for sales during events, promotions and launches. Focus on selling and selling
Maintain and understand customer buying patterns and behaviors, and use this database to engage and build strong customer relationships to encourage future selling opportunities
– Where applicable, stay up to date with the various offers and activities of the brand online (website, app, social media) and promote them with customers. Participate in achieving incentives
– Stay on top of the latest trends, products and competitors
– Focus on the customer
Take ownership of the customer experience by providing exceptional service and enliven the brand customer journey at all different touch points (physical and digital) by building relationship, sharing product knowledge and expert advice, and proactively addressing customer needs, interests and preferences.
Demonstrate the effective use and benefits of various brands and skin care products and ensure a high level of expertise
Educating and guiding customers on the most appropriate range and use of products for use
Building and maintaining guest experience standards in order to build strong loyalty.
Use customer techniques and tools to truly connect with customers, and build one-to-one relationships built on trust to increase loyalty. (These technologies and tools include messaging, (virtual) shopping appointments, etc.)
Operational Excellence
Generate sales, while achieving line and sales targets, using advanced sales techniques and knowledge of beauty and skincare
Monitor sales activities and create daily sales report and market reports (competitor activities, total sales management) to provide input to sales supervisors/sales managers
Maintain all operating standards by ensuring merchandise levels, stock replenishment and organizing display at appropriate racks/counters as per brand VM guidelines
Report stock shortage using stock order form and ensure stock is received as per set procedures.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of available technology tools and their use to enhance customer experience in and out of the store (Clienteling app, CRM, OMS, etc.)
