Role:

Responsible for managing strong sales order and logistics management for products, hardware and merchandise.

Core activities:

Effective management of sales orders management for tradable stock.
Provides short- and long-term forecasts of inventory requirements based on market information and trend analysis, collecting forecasts from all channels, in line with marketing forecasts.
Responsible for ensuring that all sales channels and touch points have an optimal stock of items relevant to this location.
Responsible for the overall management of all Principal Beneficiaries and related payments.
Ensure that all stock policies are adhered to by all employees in the sales department.
Provide a smart delivery schedule for various stock items to ensure minimum stock obsolescence.
Coordinate with P&L, finance and suppliers to fulfill pre- and post-procurement activities.
Manage optimal inventory in Sales Stores and perform regular audits to produce a reconciliation report for the Sales Department.
Manage the product pre-activation schedule by coordinating with other departments.
Coordinate with Finance and Technology to create new items and locations.
Liaise with store managers to collect inventory audit status and produce reconciliation reports for sales management.
Responsible for managing an efficient shipment stock process and stock rotation
– Responsible for ordering consignment stock, customization and returns
Responsible for monitoring stock obsolescence and returns.
Manage inventory levels of collateral marketing across sales channels and other touch points
Collaborate with POS outlets, sales managers and support marketing/promotional events
Coordinate with store staff in order to manage and monitor the display’s appearance.
– Anticipate collateral requirements and coordinate with marketing to ensure timely delivery of collateral
Effective after-sales support management for hardware and after-sales process management
Support the Devices Helpdesk/Sims alternatives and inform the manager regularly.
Maintain warranty group inventory to support after sales service for hardware.
Coordinate with vendor and P&L for hardware warranty replacement and support cycle.
Maintain stock of warranty group to support after sales service.
Sales returns to recover defective devices
Provide efficient and quality after sales support to support all channels.
Produce reconciliation reports for the sales department. To prepare all necessary MIS reports from various systems
– Processing employee services such as internal lines/staff, mobile benefits, etc.;
– Issuance of material test for various tests across organizations
– Learn about activation techniques and discuss them in relation to new Rataplan services and services.
Keep track of all temporary lines by coordinating BI reports.
– Follow up with the departments to disable or extend the temporary lines.
Coordinate with RA and departments regarding quarterly test line waivers and wholesale separation.
– Help return the used device and liquidate employee promotions

qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in business or science

other information:

2-3 years of experience based on previous sales progress ladder or commercial experience in a related industry is required.
– Fluent oral/written communication in both Arabic and English.
Ability to work in a diverse multicultural and multinational work environment, exhibiting appropriate sensitivities
– Microsoft Office
General knowledge of telecommunications products and services
Proficiency in operating systems such as BSCS, RAS, Oracle, Flash and SQL.
