Manama, Jan. 31 (BNA): Parliament Speaker Fawzia bint Abdullah Zainal congratulated His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa on the occasion of Arab Women’s Day, which falls on February 1 of each year.
The Speaker of the House of Representatives congratulated His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
She also extended her congratulations to Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, wife of His Majesty the King and the Supreme Council for Women.
In a statement today, Zainal praised the royal patronage of Bahraini women, praising the plans, programs and strategies of the Supreme Council for Women to empower women, protect their dignity and enhance their status in the prosperous era of His Majesty the King.
