Manama, November 17 (BNA) Parliament Speaker Fawzia bint Abdullah Zainal sent two cables of congratulations to the Speaker of the Shura Council of the Sultanate of Oman, Sheikh Khalid bin Hilal bin Nasser Al-Maawali, and the Omani Sheikh Abdul-Malik bin Abdullah Al-Khalili. Chairman of the State Council on the National Day of the Sultanate of Oman.
His Excellency praised the high level the joint relations had reached, wishing the Omani people continued progress and prosperity.
A similar telegram was also sent to Dr. Muhammad bin Ali bin Abdullah Al Balushi, the Omani Chargé d’Affairs in Bahrain.
Zainal sent a cable of congratulations to the Speaker of the Moroccan Senate, Naam Mayara, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rachid Talbi Alami, on the occasion of Morocco’s Independence Day.
She noted the depth of the historical relations between the two kingdoms, wishing the Moroccan people further progress and prosperity.
The spokesman also sent a similar telegram to the Moroccan ambassador to Bahrain, Mustafa Benkhi.
