What will you do:
Equipping, cleaning and arranging treatment rooms and keeping them always ready for treatment.
To be fully aware of the scheduled daily reservation and to update any changes to reception.
Checking the next day’s appointments at the end of each day and making necessary preparations accordingly.
To provide body massages, body treatments and facials to spa guests.
To check and maintain product supplies at the beginning and end of each day.
– To check the treatments questionnaire carefully for specific instructions or guest request.
Ensures that sufficient towels are stored for the treatment in the linen storage area.
Ensure that treatment rooms are filled with clean linens.
– Check and scan all fresh spa items in spa stores.
– To report any emergency situation to his supervisor and provide any first aid assistance when needed.
To assist other recreation or spa staff in conducting activities and creating a pleasant and friendly atmosphere, only with the prior permission of your boss.
To perform any other duties/duties that may be assigned to him/her which are not related to your normal duties, by the superior.
Collaborate and participate in all social and cultural activities and events when required by management.
Your experience and skills include:
Minimum 1 year experience in a 5 star spa environment.
Be fully qualified in beauty and massage treatments.
They have excellent customer service skills.
– Appreciate the holistic nature of our spa environment.
– Being able to work as part of a team.
Have excellent communication skills – Fluency in English is essential for this role.
