Manama, Jan. 4 (BNA): The Governor of the South, His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, met via the Internet today through the virtual council of the governorate with dignitaries and citizens from the southern governorate. The Deputy Governor of the South, Brigadier General Issa Thamer Al-Dosari, and a number of officers and senior officials also attended.
His Highness the Southern Governor affirmed that the major achievements, projects and events witnessed by the Southern Governorate in 2022 are a source of pride for the governorate and its citizens, under the directives and patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. Follow-up to His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
His Highness the Southern Governor stressed the governorate’s continuous efforts to follow up plans to develop major projects to improve services. He stressed the continuation of direct communication with citizens through field visits to reach their needs and assess the progress of ongoing projects in cooperation with the competent authorities.
Citizens expressed their thanks and appreciation to His Highness the Governor of the South for his keenness to communicate with them and follow up on their needs.
