Industry Minister receives Jordanian counterpart

Manama, Jan. 4 (BNA): Minister of Industry and Trade, Adel Abdullah Fakhro, received today Jordanian Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply, Youssef Al-Shamali.

The minister emphasized the depth of relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Jordan, noting the importance of exchanging experiences in the industrial and commercial field and strengthening bilateral cooperation in this aspect to meet common aspirations and interests. He referred to the Bahraini-Jordanian joint business forum organized by the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which contributes to the development of bilateral cooperation, especially between the private sectors in the two kingdoms.

The meeting reviewed prospects for cooperation and a number of issues of common interest. It also highlighted the latest global economic developments.
