Job description and summary
A career in clients and markets within the company’s internal services will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning PwC’s distinctive brand in the marketplace and driving the company’s long-term revenue growth. The main focus of this role is to support the development of creatives for our social channels, increasing awareness and engagement through PwC’s social presence in the Middle East (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube).

basic tasks

The successful applicant will:
• Support in the development of first social creative ideas, concepts and assets for PwC’s Middle East media handles, producing high quality, visually appealing designs and maximizing the use of creative social formats available on each platform.
• Work with the PR and External Communications team on social media content production to ensure that written, video and graphic content is well developed, consistent across channels and complies with PwC’s internal standards and governance checks (Brand, OGC, Risk Management).
• Have insight into the effectiveness of social media, exercise judgment, and advise internal stakeholders regarding message tone, format, scheduling, and audience to ensure the most effective approach to achieving social media goals.
• Support the development of social design projects from concept to production, balancing multiple priorities simultaneously to meet commitments and deadlines.
• Maintaining awareness of the latest technology, equipment, best practices and developments within the design community, with a particular focus on social media.
• Monitor and report performance on social media platforms, and provide proactive suggestions for continuous improvement against an agreed set of KPIs.
• Support the Social Media Manager to implement best practices for social media, and to identify and activate opportunities to improve ways of working.

requirements
• We are looking for someone:
• With a demonstrable track record of producing high quality content for social media, preferably in a creative agency role.
• With experience in using and understanding social media in a business/corporate context and maximizing owned and earned content for key target audiences.
• With conceptual and visualization skills, photography and video production experience and the ability to work at a pace while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
• Able to create and transform visions into eye-catching animations or infographics for use across various channels.
• With strong communication skills to collaborate with members of the Marketing Team & Team Comms team and provide effective design advice and direction.
• Has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of different creative forms across social platforms and stays updated with new forms and platforms as they arise.
• Work confidently across various digital channels, technologies, software and hardware packages
• With good organizational and project management skills to plan, control and prioritize workload without affecting the quality of product content.
• Able to act effectively under pressure of last minute deadlines and changing priorities
• Can show initiative and have the ability to solve problems quickly.
• Demonstrate an agile mindset and approach, which can showcase their role as business needs change over time
