Campaigns and Analytics

Reporting and Analytics: Monitor, track, analyze and report performance on social media platforms using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
– Run subsequent boosts and campaigns to access and share Food, Beverage, Spa and Lifestyle content

community management

Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and engaging audiences through direct messages and comments

digital public relations

– Support influencer strategy – Communicate with influencers while residing, track content and collect content – Follow up on collaboration and performance report
– Building a calendar of events and activities
– Build key relationships with influencers via social media platforms

Content strategy and creation

– Manage daily interactions with all social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
Moderate, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Asana, SocialBakers, and Olapic
Create engaging multimedia content (and/or effectively outsource) across multiple platforms
Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
– Organizing and supervising monthly photography and video sessions

Research and evaluate the latest trends and technologies to find new and better ways to measure social media activity
Competitor activity analysis
– Set goals to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement

requirements

Advanced position, 4-5 years of experience in a related field.
Experience in luxury hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communication
– Fluency in English orally and in writing. Arabic is a plus.
Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem (implementation strategy).
Creative, energetic and emotional.
Innovative approach to work.
