IBM Application Consultants work directly with our clients on key initiatives. You will have the opportunity to build an in-depth understanding of their business issues and implement organizational strategies that drive change adoption. We are looking for experts who can build credibility and trust with our clients and deliver knowledge that meets individual and unique business needs.
Your role and responsibilities
Understand emerging and evolving end-user use cases and requirements in digital transformation and BPM, document use cases, business, technical, and user-specific requirements and design a solution architecture to meet those requirements.
Play an advisory and development role to design and deliver quality proven solutions
Support the Program Manager in identifying skill sets and level of effort required to design and develop process automation applications to meet business requirements
Select the appropriate analytical structure to meet the analytical requirements of the program or project
Technical and professional experience required
– Bachelor’s degree
– Excellent communication skills (English and Arabic)
Strong problem-solving attitude and proactive behavior for growth
Experience in Business Process Analysis and Design Experience in designing and developing business process and automation solutions using IBM products (BPM, ECM, ODM and RPA).
Hands-on experience in UI and front-end development
More than 5 years of working experience, at least 3 years in business process development.
Preferred technical and professional experience
A Saudi national or a transferable Saudi national.
It is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
