Gulf Air receives Coveted Skytrax five-star COVID-19 Airline Safety Rating

Manama, Jan. 6 (BNA) Gulf Air, the national carrier of the Kingdom of Bahrain, has been awarded the Skytrax Five Star COVID-19 rating for aviation safety after a robust audit conducted by Skytrax Research between November and December 2021. The rating is a testament to the success of its flight operations. Gulf to fly safely during the pandemic and strengthen its airport and in-flight protocols to combat the spread of COVID-19.

The airline has earned this recognition by providing the highest standards to customers and employees while maintaining its boutique strategy of offering renowned Arabian hospitality.

Acting CEO Captain Waleed Abdul Hamid Al Alawi said when receiving the five-star rating for COVID-19 aviation safety: “This award is the result of the great work done by the Gulf Air team. This achievement is due to our commitment to serve the national carrier of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
