Manama, July 19 (BNA) The Minister of Social Development, Osama bin Ahmed Khalaf Al-Asfoor, received in his office today the Director-General of the Executive Office of the Councils of Labor and Social Affairs in the GCC, Dr. Amer bin Muhammad Al-Hajri.
They reviewed the tireless efforts made by the Executive Office to enhance Gulf cooperation in the field of protection and social care. The experiences of the GCC countries in the field of social policies and ways to enhance cooperation between the Ministry of Social Development and the Executive Office to promote sustainable development projects were also reviewed.
The Minister of Social Development affirmed the Kingdom of Bahrain’s support for the efforts of the Executive Office to advance the course of the Cooperation Council and achieve the aspirations of the peoples of the Council.
