Manama, June 19 (BNA) Sheikh Salman bin Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa, CEO of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), received the Head of the Survey and Land Registration Office in the United Kingdom and the Head of the Hydrographic Office of the United Kingdom. (UKHO), Admiral Rhett Hatcher.
Sheikh Salman bin Abdullah congratulated him on his appointment to the main position in one of the most prestigious institutions specialized in marine surveys in the world. He referred to the long-standing relations between SLRB and UKHO spanning more than 22 years of joint cooperation, emphasizing the capabilities and competence of UKHO. He stressed the importance of the agreement signed by the two sides, which is renewed every five years, in further enhancing cooperation.
For his part, Rear Admiral Rhett Hatcher praised Bahrain’s advanced capabilities in maritime surveying and its production of navigational maps and accurate data internationally approved. He also praised the constructive cooperation between UKHO and SLRB, and thanked Sheikh Salman bin Abdullah Al Khalifa for his warm welcome and hospitality.
